I must admit to being one of the people on Sunday's outing who loved playing with the GPS toy and thought it was all very fun. Spring has sprung in Pittsburgh, and I would love anyone who can help me identify these two flowering things.

Three women, one blog, a whole lotta yarn. Chialea is an intrepid cryptologist, dancer, and hiker. Krista is a law student who never has time to knit. Eightoclock is scarily flexible in many senses of the word. They fight crime!
GPS toys can be quite addictive, can't they? So how long are the socks?
ReplyDeleteThe bottom yellow thing is a forsythia bush...not sure what those top flowers are...maybe jonquils?? I don't think they're narcissus...
ReplyDeleteOh, beautiful socks, such a great job you did with them!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, sorry, I can only help you out with the second pic, the yellow one, but this only in German - it'd be a "Goldregen" - this means "Gold Rain", but I'm sure this isn't the correct english word for it! Pretty photos though!
Hmm, I don't think they're jonquils (is there a difference between those and daffodils?), although people around here have GORGEOUS daffodils and tulips.
ReplyDeleteYvonne, I'm trying to figure out if it's the forsythia or something else in the yard that I'm so allergic to - what do you think?
